You as a Web Developer should meet following requirements:

Minimum 3 years of web experiences with ASP/SQL or ASP.NET/SQL. You should have knowledge in C# or VB.NET.
A Bachelor or higher degree in Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Math or related field from an US University or College is required.
Good oral and written communication skills
Data processing experience in SAS or SPSS software is highly desired.
